Jim Dunn CCIM®, CPM® is the Managing Broker of the Nashville office of Keystone Realty Services, an investment and commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm which operates primarily in the Tennessee market area. He has more than forty years experience in this market and has been involved in the brokerage and management of retail, office, warehouse and multi-family properties. He has experience in acquiring property and forming partnerships to own land, multi-family, retail, and office properties. He is also a principal in Capstone Business Advisors, a company that provides acquisition, disposition and consulting services to business owners.

Jim holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, each of which requires the extensive demonstration of expertise and experience as well as classroom study. He taught courses in Investment Property Analysis for twenty years in the CCIM designation education program and has served as Budget Chairman (Treasurer) of the CCIM Institute. He has been elected a member of the Society of Fellows for his service to the Institute.

Bradley Dunn is the Managing Broker of the Knoxville office joining Keystone in July 2006 as Facility Manager of eight office properties in East Tennessee. Prior to that, he worked in construction, apartment maintenance and management in Nashville and Knoxville. He also has technical support experience in the field of broadband internet service assisting customers and installers. He divides his time between Knoxville and Nashville.

Cliff Helton brings over 25 years of experience in commercial development, management, and construction, as well as extensive residential construction experience to our Knoxville team. Cliff is Managing Partner of N.A.C. and Associates which has developed, owns, and manages multiple properties in the Knoxville area.  He is owner of Cliff Helton & Associates Construction, a full service construction company with experience in both commercial and residential remodeling and new construction.
